Despite scandal, VA execs received bonuses
CBS News has obtained a list from the House Veterans Affairs Committee showing $2.8 million in bonuses going to senior VA executives, with several going to officials in charge while care was delayed for veterans. In some cases bonuses went to executives despite ongoing investigations. Wyatt Andrews reports.
