Defiant Father Conroy resurrects tenure as House chaplain
Father Patrick Conroy, the chaplain of the House of Representatives who had been forced out by House Speaker Paul Ryan, will now stay on the job. Conroy had agreed to step down later this month, but in a letter, the 67-year-old Catholic priest told Ryan that after consulting a lawyer, he was rescinding his resignation. Ed O'Keefe reports.
