Defense requests mistrial in Kyle Rittenhouse case
The defense is asking the judge in the Kyle Rittenhouse case to declare a mistrial. Rittenhouse's lawyers took issue with the prosecutor questioning him about his silence following his arrest for shooting three men at a protest, arguing Rittenhouse was protected under the Fifth Amendment.
