Deadly polar vortex sweeping Midwest with wind chills as low as minus 65

A dangerous and deadly polar vortex is sweeping across the country, leaving the coldest weather in a generation. The upper Midwest will face temperatures 20 to 40 degrees lower than normal. Wind chills are as low as minus 65 in parts of Wisconsin and Minnesota. DeMarco Morgan reports.
