Deadly mudslides hit Southern California

Heavy rains have struck areas ravaged by wildfires months earlier. Loose Earth – left behind by destroyed trees and shrubbery -- have allowed floodwaters to bring mud and debris onto roads and into neighborhoods Tuesday. At least 20,000 people have been evacuated and at least a dozen were killed. CBS News correspondent Carter Evans joins CBSN to discuss the deadly destruction.
