Deadly flooding in Midwest, rivers overflowing in Iowa, South Dakota and Minnesota

Record-breaking flooding has inundated towns in the Big Sioux River Valley in Iowa and South Dakota. At least one person was killed in South Dakota, Gov. Kristi Noem said.
