Cuban reaction to Raúl Castro's indictment

Cuban's are still dealing with an energy crisis on the island and are not seeing any relief despite the U.S. indicting former leader Raúl Castro. Roxanna Vigil, an international affairs fellow in national security at the Council on Foreign Relations, joins CBS News with more.
