Three companies testing fish alternatives
As the "meatless burger" continues to grow in popularity, some companies are looking into providing custumers with a "fishless taco" option. They're testing cell-based fish alternatives, extracting cells from live fish and growing a muscle slab in a lab. The companies say it could help combat overfishing.
