While families across the country spent Sunday celebrating dad, a new study finds nearly 90 million children live in countries where their fathers are not entitled by law to a single day of paid paternity leave. This includes the U.S., where federal law only requires companies with 50 or more employees to give new parents 12 weeks of job-protected leave.
