Christina Applegate, who has been waging a public battle with the autoimmune disease multiple sclerosis, announced Tuesday that she discovered she does not, in fact, have MS. She is now one of an estimated 25 million Americans living with a rare or undiagnosed illness. Tom Hanson reports.
