Children's hospitals face new challenges with coronavirus pandemic
While people over 80 appear to be at greatest risk from COVID-19, some at the opposite end of the age spectrum are also vulnerable. Hospitalized children with compromised immune systems have medical staff worried amid the pandemic, leading some medical centers to limit the contact these young patients have with their families, which can be traumatic.
