"Cataclysmic" impact of pandemic on minority-owned small businesses
A Color of Change and UnidosUS survey found that 51% of Black and Latinx small business owners who sought assistance during the pandemic requested less than $20,000 in temporary federal funding. Only 12% said they received the amount they requested.
