Castro criticizes Trump's comments on Rep. Elijah Cummings
President Trump attacked U.S. Rep. Elijah Cummings, the House Oversight Committee Chairman, calling his district "the worst in the USA." Cummings has opened several investigations into the president, and is a frequent critic of his border policies.
