Calif. law requires sushi chefs to wear gloves
A new California food safety code bans restaurant workers from handling ready-to-eat food with bare hands. Those affected by the law include sushi chefs, deli workers or anyone preparing food that will not be cooked or reheated. Some sushi chefs like Ken Uechi worry that the ban could hurt the quality of his work. CBS News' Bigad Shaban reports.
