California farmers face new reality amid state's historic drought
California Gov. Jerry Brown has ordered the first mandatory water restrictions in the state's history because of its historic drought. The new rules do not apply to farmers, but that doesn't mean they aren't struggling as well. Omar Villafranca reports.
