Bodies pile up in Puerto Rico amid backlog at the San Juan morgue
Puerto Rico is still dealing with the aftermath of Hurricane Maria, nearly two years after it hit the island. Hundreds of bodies are piling up in San Juan's morgue waiting for autopsies. But this problem had its origins years before the storm. CBS News' Camilo Montoya-Galvez explains how this backlog is a result of years of mismanagement, underfunding and understaffing.
