Blueprints for 3D-printed plastic guns will soon be available
Beginning Wednesday, Americans will be able to download instructions for guns made by a 3D printer. The firearms will be plastic and untraceable. This follows a long legal battle between a Texas gun designer and the U.S. State Department. Nikki Battiste reports.
