Biden to deliver remarks in Angola at country's National Museum of Slavery
President Biden will deliver remarks Tuesday at Angola's National Museum of Slavery in the nation's capital. Mr. Biden is the first sitting U.S. president to visit Angola and the first president to visit Sub-Saharan Africa since 2015.
