Biden says he was "overly polite" to Harris in last debate
The second round of Democratic presidential debates begins Tuesday. The newest poll shows Joe Biden surging far ahead of the other 2020 hopefuls in his party. He's followed by Senators Elizabeth Warren, Kamala Harris, and Bernie Sanders. Warren and Sanders lead tonight's pack of candidates, all trying to make their mark at a crucial time in the race.
