Beto O'Rourke: I will make a 2020 decision by the end of February
Former U.S. Rep. Beto O'Rourke told Oprah Winfrey he will make a decision by the end of the month about running for president. Several other prominent Democrats, including Sen. Cory Booker and Sen. Kamala Harris, have already announced they are seeking the Democratic nomination.
