Best friend brings birthday joy to new heights
The coronavirus pandemic forced Lucy Cavazos to get creative to celebrate the birthday of a dear friend who turned 91. Lucy and Margie have been friends for about 25 years and it took a 25-foot construction lift to bring them together outside the the window of Margie's room at an assisted living home in Redondo Beach, California.
