Attack submarine USS Minnesota commissioned at ceremony in Va.
The USS Minnesota joined the Navy's fleet of attack submarines on Saturday during a ceremony at Naval Station Norfolk. The Minnesota is the 10th Virginia-class submarine commissioned by the Navy and has a reactor plant designed to last all of the planned 33-year lifespan of the ship.
