Actress Debra Messing addresses the DNC
Actress Debra Messing addressed the DNC on Tuesday night about Sept. 11, 2001. She discussed the "heartbreak and trauma" she felt as a New Yorker, but also expressed pride for the compassion and strength the country displayed. She introduced NYPD detective Joe Sweeney who was there during the 9/11 attack.
