9 people wounded in shooting at a splash pad in a Detroit suburb

Authorities say nine people were wounded Saturday after a man fired at least 28 shots at families trying to cool off at a community splash pad in Rochester Hills, Michigan. Police say the gunman, who struggled with mental health, calmly walked back to his car after the shooting and drove to a home less than a half-mile away. Police surrounded the house and say the shooter killed himself.
