2024 pay raises may be lower than in 2023, survey finds

Employers plan to offer an average salary increase of 4% for 2024, nearly half a percent less than last year, according to a new survey from Willis Towers Watson, which advises companies on compensation issues. Lori Wisper, a managing director at WTW, joins CBS News with the projections.
