2018 midterms: Young people share why they are – or are not – voting
A record number of young voters are expected to show up at the polls today. A Harvard University study estimates 40 percent of people under 30 will vote. Fifty-four percent of young Democrats said they are definitely voting, compared to 43 percent of young Republicans. CBS News asked young people across the country what's bringing them to the polls.
