10-year-old girl has emotional reunion with father after plea to Pope Francis
A 10-year-old California girl’s prayers were answered during an emotional reunion at LAX with her dad. Jersey Vargas had gone to the Vatican to plead with Pope Francis as her father faced deportation. The man was released from immigration detention and reunited with his daughter after two years.
