Wrong-way driver sentenced to 15 years for killing Dallas police officer
A wrong-way driver who killed a 25-year-old Dallas police officer in 2022 has been sentenced to 15 years in prison after pleading guilty to intoxication manslaughter. The officer, a new father, was on his way to work at the time of the incident. The driver also received an additional sentence for a deadly weapons charge.
