Voluntary conservation helping ERCOT avoid energy emergency
ERCOT has been asking Texas residents and businesses to conserve their electricity use over the last couple of days and it seems to be helping. As North Texas continues to experience extreme heat, the supply and demand of energy has been a concern for ERCOT.
