Texas Women's University breaks ground on new $100M health sciences center

Texas Women's University is breaking ground on a new health sciences center, which Dean Christopher Ray says will move new programs to North Texas from its Dallas and Houston campuses. He says the university is also launching a capital campaign, which will help pay for the endowed professorships and scholarships.
