"This is happening way too much," said Texas Rep. Jeff Leach of Allen in an interview with CBS News Texas this week. "I'm a proud second amendment supporter, I'm a fierce second amendment reporter and I will continue to be ... but if there are things that we can do to prevent this from happening again, then we ought to consider all those options."
