Questions remain after Dallas County judge orders addtional early voting site in Rowlett
The Dallas County Elections Department confirmed that a small Rowlett church at the center of a heated debate over polling locations is seeking payment for use of its space. That in itself is not unusual. But, it does contradict one county leader's explanation for why that church was chosen in the first place.
