New developments in effort to oust Dallas Mayor Eric Johnson

The Dallas City secretary confirmed a notice of intent to circulate a petition to hold a recall election of Mayor Johnson was filed on Friday. The petitioners have until March 5 to gather more than 103,000 signatures.
