Motion filed to exclude evidence in Paxton impeachment trial
Texas Attorney General Ken Paxton will appear in a Houston courtroom to talk about his long-delayed trial on security fraud charges from 2015. If convicted, Paxton could face a maximum of 99 years in prison. It comes as Paxton's team filed a motion Wednesday in an effort to exclude evidence in the upcoming impeachment trial, which is scheduled to begin September 5.
