Lawmakers file Connect the Grid Act
New legislation on Capitol Hill could make Texans a little bit more reliable when it comes to energy sources. The Connect the Grid Act would require ERCOT to connect to the nation's other major electrical grids to access more power and prevent winter shutdowns.
