Kimberly Bizor Tolbert named new city manager of Dallas after year-long search
Kimberly Bizor Tolbert has been named the new city manager of Dallas, officially offered the role after nearly a year-long search. Tolbert, who had been serving as the interim City Manager since May and was previously the Deputy City Manager, was chosen over two other finalists.
