Judge denies Ken Paxton's request to dismiss securities fraud case
Texas Attorney General Ken Paxton is back in a Houston courtroom looking to dismiss a nearly 9-year-old securities fraud case. This morning, a judge denied the request. Paxton's lawyer wanted the judge to toss the case because of lengthy delays which they say it violated his rights to a speedy trial.
