High-speed chase ends in Dallas with suspect arrested after PIT maneuver
A stolen vehicle led officers on a chase that started in Rockwall County and ended in downtown Dallas. The chase concluded when a police officer used the PIT maneuver – or Precision Immobilization Technique – to stop the vehicle.
