Hearing from one of the Tarrant County Detention Officers facing a murder charge for the first time
Tarrant County Detention Officers Rafael Moreno and Joel Garcia turned themselves in and are out on bond after being indicted Friday. They are facing a murder charge related to the in-custody death of Anthony Johnson Jr. CBS News Texas received a statement from Garcia through his attorneys Monday.
