Growing concern in North Texas as pollutants from Garland plant explosion spread
Chemicals from the firefight in Garland spread to Mesquite and are expected to flow into Ellis County and ultimately, the Trinity River. The EPA says mistakes were made and hazardous chemicals were not properly contained.
