Grand Prairie woman arrested again for allegedly attempting to drown 2 children
Elizabeth Wolfe is back in the Tarrant County jail after being rebooked following a bond hearing last week. She was arrested after allegedly attempting to drown a 3-year-old and argue with the childs mother. The incident is being investigated as a possible hate crime.
