Fort Worth daycare owners catch suspect caught stealing supplies on camera
Cliff Sparks, owner of the Learning House Early Childcare Center in Fort Worth calls the suspect, "the dumbest criminal ever". Sparks managed to track down the suspect who was arrested by Fort Worth Police.
