Ex-Denton County fire chief sentenced to 50 months for embezzlement scandal
A North Texas fire district is still recovering from a scandal where its former chief embezzled funds. This week, the ex-fire chief was sentenced to 50 months in federal prison and ordered to pay more than $500,000 in restitution.
