DPD releases body cam footage of officer involved shooting
Friday, June 28, Dallas Police received reports of an aggravated assault and family violence. Three officers responded to a wooded area behind an apartment complex in the 5800 block of Beltline Road where they found a man and woman inside a tent at an encampment. The man refused to listen to multiple commands given to drop a knife he had in his hand.
