Deadly North Texas plane crash ruled a suicide
The NTSB’s final report confirms that the crash involving a 23-year-old man was an act of suicide. In January, the pilot took off from Addison Airport without authorization, informed the control tower he would no longer follow instructions, and turned off his radios.
