Dallas, Richardson police continue investigating highway chase, shooting
The chase started on Arapaho Road in Richardson when officers spotted the vehicle of a man wanted for questioning in a Kaufman County murder, Richardson police sources said. It ended on the southbound Central Expressway service road between Midpark and the High Five.
