Dallas denies homeowner's claim after city-owned water main breaks three times
CBS News Texas first brought you the story in August of a Dallas homeowner left with hundreds of thousands of dollars in damage after a water main owned by the city burst multiple times. Since then, he’s filed claims with the city and his insurance company. Both have been denied.
