American Airlines CEO vows to "rebuild trust" after removal of Black passengers
Fort Worth based American Airlines is responding after three black passengers accused the airline of racial discrimination. CEO Robert Isom wrote a letter to airline employees Tuesday that called the incident unacceptable.
