The family of Richard Applegate says he was killed around 6:15 a.m. June 21 at home near Skyline Drive.
Police are looking to identify two suspects seen running away from the area of a fatal shooting last Friday morning in Sansom Park.
Family members said the suspects had previously been seen "running around and stealing" in the neighborhood.
Sansom Park police say the young girl's family didn't know the man.
The 16-year-old suspect was taken into custody – without incident – Friday, police said.
"The male is currently in the ICU with injuries that are non-conducive to life," Sansom Park police said.
