Two children and one adult were killed after a head-on crash on Highway 380 in Denton Sunday, police said.
It was a crash that left one person dead and at least one vehicle along Highway 380 in McKinney unrecognizable. Now a 39-year-old woman has been arrested for intoxication manslaughter.
Police said it happened shortly before 8:00 p.m. in the westbound lanes of University Drive (Highway 380) at Lake Forest Drive.
It was last year when the man falsely accused of shooting and killing two people at a homecoming party near Texas A&M University at Commerce threatened to sue, and on Tuesday that's exactly what Brandon Gonzales did.
Police said the woman's attacker was dressed in all black, with a black hoodie, and a black and white bandana scarf around his face. He is between 5'11" and 6' tall and between 240 and 270 pounds.
The victim was able to fight off her attacker, who fled the scene in a vehicle.
